Do you accept hosted stays in exchange for content?
Yes. Hotels and resorts can host us on a gifted basis from a minimum of two nights, and product brands can send the product. Either way you get a professionally shot UGC set with organic usage included, and deliverables scale with the length of the stay. On paid bookings, travel and accommodation are covered by the brand on top of the fee.
What usage rights are included?
Every package includes perpetual organic usage on your own channels, website and email, with no expiry date. The Starter, Content Library and Retainer packages also include one month of paid and ad usage, rolling on the retainer; gifted collaborations do not include paid usage. Extra months of paid usage add 20% each, a native German or Spanish voiceover adds 10% per voiceover, and Spark Ads or whitelisting, where the ads run from our handles rather than yours, add 30% per month. Raw footage is available on request. Longer windows, renewals and full buyouts are priced on request.
How much does UGC content cost?
We start with gifted collaborations, then a $1,000 Starter of two videos, a $3,000 Content Library of eight videos, and a monthly retainer at $2,500 with a three month minimum. Every video comes with two edited photos. Prices are in USD.
Why hire a couple instead of a single creator?
One booking covers two creators: an on-camera host and a second camera operator, with no extra crew. Couple content usually outperforms solo creators for travel and lifestyle brands, because you get two perspectives per shoot, natural conversation on camera, and content that speaks to both halves of your audience.
Do you post the content on your own channels?
Our packages are true UGC: we make the content and you run it on your socials, website and ads. Pricing is based on premium production and high-converting strategy, not guaranteed follower metrics. However, we do test content organically and have generated over 100 Million views across our own channels. If you want us to post to our audience, we can add that to any package.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
We split the year between California and Barcelona, allowing us to work across the US and Europe without long-haul travel costs. Because Enzo is European and Kim is American, our content naturally bridges North American direct-response marketing with European aesthetics. We are fully fluent and create native content in English, Spanish, and German.
